Get one! They are really good!
We used one when we were in Sydney.
Benjy seemed really comfortable and happy in it, he couldn't wriggle out despite his very best efforts (he is an absolute monkey, so that's a real testament to the highchair!) and they are super easy to clean.

We don't have one yet but most of my friends and the families I've worked with here do - they are FAB.
