If you can bump up the head end of the bassinette mattress with telephone books or similar, he might settle better for you.]]>

I tended to have him in his own room (and still do now). I also used a hammock which was an absolute godsend.  I also found the 1 hour turnaround to be really good.]]>

This helped heaps with his day sleeps. We also slept him in the lounge.]]>

I can't do that (white curtains!), so I made a wrap thingee to go around his hammock and it has worked INCREDIBLY well.<br /><br />Since using that during the day, and darkening his sleeping world, he has slept soundly through all of his day naps. <br /><br />Might be worth a go?]]>

(she still has a bit of a grizzle now when  put her down but is getting better) everyone has different schools of thought. but that's what is working for me at this time :)<br /><br /><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by emmakate</span>]]>

Sophia sleeps well at night in her bassinet but not during the day. She will sleep fine during day in push chair, capsule and wrap but not in her bed!!! It is fine when you want to go out or out walking but no so great when you want to stay home, I am not getting anything done at home! Bassinet in lounge during day so she is used to noise, movement etc around her.<br /><br />Any ideas......................?]]>
