Just half a cup of kettle boiled water (if your work allows tea and coffe), and half a cup of couscous- cover with a small plate or another mug, and leave for a few mins. Fresh! Even better if you pop half a teaspoon of miso in it too yum!
I can tell you a recipe for choc cake in a mug too if you like??!!! just need a microwave.

Im really into cheese and Pinapple sammies at the mo... yum!

Another good lunch is apple, celery, nuts (almonds/walnuts/etc), greek yoghurt all mixed in a bowl... it can be compiled easily at work too. Prob need a few carbs though somewhere too.

OR- small can of tuna- really good w couscous... or great with 2 min noodles!!! (eek)

Stored it in the fridge, and it does have veges and herbs in it so decided to play it safe and left it at home, then went to the supermarket for lunch... was having one of those grumpy days where all the foods I wanted were off limits, and all the foods I could have I'm sick of and couldn't bear the thought of them! Ended up having a total tanty and settling on 2 minute noodles - total lack of nutririon and not even that good!!

But have been finding that cheese and tomato sandwiches are generally hitting the spot... or ordering toasted sandwiches - yummy!
