I'm drinking it now that I'm breastfeeding, but it's also recommended for preganant women, as it contains protein and all manner of vitamins that you need.

Plus, I find it really good for when I have a craving for something sweet but don't want empty calories! The strawberry flavour is really nice.

Can't remember what they are though !! And my GP is pretty onto these things (used to do obstetrics as well), I used to love those drinks and I'd buy one every time I went to the gym right up until I found out I was pregnant. My personal trainer also said virtually the same thing, she is qualified for fitness in pregnancy and did a year long certificate or something. It's just that I got all this info back when I was only 7 weeks or so and have long since forgotten the specifics, so my apologies !

I used to drink them (I used the sculpt brand) but i havent used them during pregnancy cos I dont know whether they are safe or not?
Anyone know about this?
