This made the heartburn diappear and I got to have a good nights sleep.
THen much to my dismay and disappointment she turned back to breech. My MW is not concerned about it until 36 weeks but I was just trying to get rid of the heartburn. If she has not turned by herself by 36 weeks I will get acupuncture done again and hopefully this time there wont be enough room for her to spin back. hope this helps you

She said it's all about getting the baby used to and being comfortable in the correct position. She told me to buy a swiss ball and make sure I sat on it during the day even for short periods of time. Pretty much slightly bent forward making sure my knees are not higher than my hips.

I think it's working as i'm only getting kicks up the top and am only feeling light movements down below and the same with the hiccups.

(Anyone please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong though...)

Then I had hiccups up above my belly button & then way out by my hip bone.

He's moved again this arvo as I have reflux again but I haven't felt hiccups to tell where his head is.

I have seen the vid clip with the couch & will try that, it worked for my Mum but what is the best time, cause there is no point if he's going to flip back.
