I'm a little confused, I hope this isn't considered 'hijacking' though... sorry if it is!

In emergency situations if you are worried you won't be around to feed, a single sachet of forumla is okay, just mix it with water not milk right?

You can mix formula and EBM as long as they are the same temperature (ie. both from the fridge or both at room temp). Just out of interest, why can't you mix EBM and formula?
