Actually something I remember very clearly is on the third day after Paige was born I woke up with a couple of melons full of MILK! I feel the opposite. Mine started leaking early, around 14 weeks, but my milk didn't come in for about 5 days after I had Mason. Maybe TMI, but have you tried gently squeezing them to see if any comes out? I think everyone has covered it really...i've heard of some leaking early and some not all...as with everything else in pregnancy it varies from woman to woman. I didn't have any leakage at all and barely any colostrum when Hannah was born.... milk came in on day 3 and I breastfed for 13.5 months - no worries!

I didn't leak when pregnant with Kiya until about 28 weeks. I didn't leak when pregnant with Josiah at all.
