Ditto. Usually happens when I've chucked the screw top on too quickly and not paying enough attention.Just unscrew, line it up and screw it back on again. Mine are fine.  Is everything on properly? teat pulled through?  Is it the teat thats leaking?  Toms teat will leak if I tip it upside down but I just put my finger over the hole (lost the lids ages ago).  We had a few leaks but it was usually me not putting things together properly.

 

Mind you....I hardly shake it now.  just swirl it to make sure there are no hotspots...but lately I have been worrying about heatin up the bottle so I heat the milk in a pyrex jug and then pour it in...less "swirling" required.  Kylahs still on formula though isnt she?
