Only went to the dr towards the end and then it was diagnosed. At least she wasnt throwing up ect as well. ]]>

The diarrhea formula is probably lactose free or at least made up slightly differently to the standard formulas. It wouldn't hurt to talk to the chemist about it as well.<br /><br />From memory Spencer stopped vomitting after about 3 days and then his bum cleared up after about a week. Because he had stopped eating though his poo kind of changed from diahrrea to then being like newborn poo for a bit before he started eating properly again.<br /><br />Hope that helps a little and hope he is feeling better soon.<br /><br />Edited cos I was typing like a moron.<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by cuppatea</span>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="member_profile.asp?PF=18031">tropics</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 22826<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29 November 2008 at 3:43pm<br /><br />My poor wee man has been in Whangarei hospital with a UTI and managed to also catch the rotavirus there!<img border="0" src="smileys/smiley11.gif" border="0">  (gastro bug) he was in hospital for a few days with that too. <br /><br />Its now been day 6 of diarrhea and I know all the signs to watch out for for dehydration and am giving him pedylite as well as his formula...was wondering when is it going to stop!!!<br /><br />how long as it lasted for other peoples bubs<br /><br />and has anyone tried the novalac diarrhea formula that you can get from the chemist? thinking of trying this since its the same brand as his reflux formula...<br /><br />hopefully the end has to be in sight!<img border="0" src="smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"> ]]>
