Well thats what I was told by a nurse.

I found that I would get wicked cramps when I "had a happy ending" in the first few weeks, but it did settle down. Also had some very red bleeding after special cuddles at 9 weeks so put off doing that again until about 15 weeks and all was good!

Let your LMC know and like cuppatea said, they will more than likely organise a scan to check everything is ok.

As long as it's brown, not bright red then there's usually nothing to worry about :)
I had a scan at 7 weeks and it was very reassuring to see the heartbeat and that everything else that they can check looked ok.
I was somewhat reassured after posting on here and finding that it seems relatively common. Also I got to have an early scan at 6w5d and saw a good strong heartbeat which was a huge relief. I think if its just brown and not much its ok, if it turns red it may not be, but in saying that some people do get bright red bleeding and bubs is still fine. Try not to worry, hard I know, and if you do a search for spotting you will find several threads about this. Hoping all is well with you and your bubba, I'm sure it will be :)

On saturday I started to get a little brown spotting/mucus (not really blood), not a lot, I wouldn't even notice it if it wasn't for the slight brown colour.
I have had to pervious mc's so alarm bells have started. My specialist has been following my Hcg's and I have another in the morning so will know more then.
