If he's been done for reckless or dangerous driving then it's a court thing but I think if it's just for the speeding then what he got should be about it.  ]]>

If it was for DIC or similar where they actually need to convict you of something in court, you have to go otherwise it just gets sorted on the side of the road and that's that.]]>

He lost his license for 28 days on the spot and got a $600 fine for speeding. He claims to not remember what the police said but I thought he would have to go to court and would lose it for longer. Does anyone know what the deal is here? I've tried googling it but couldn't find anything.<br /><br />What I want to know is is that the end of it or will he go to court and lose it for longer?
