I do it. Never lose the 4.5kgs, but do generally lose about 2kg a week (even with being a little naughty the other four days of the week). I do find it helps to 'shrink' your stomach; for days afterwards I don't eat big meals. </P><P>If you are b/f tho it can dry up your milk as it is only about 700cal per day. </P><P>Let us know how you go! (the last meal is the WORST - 1 cup of TUNA - dry and boring!)</P>]]>

The hospitals used to give it to patients that needed to lose weight for operations., didn't know that they still do.<br /><br />It works if you stick to it and then eat reasonable food afterwards.<br />My Aunty did it once a week over a period of time and lost 19kgs.]]>
