AF is Aunt Flow - ie period
BD - is Bed Dance ie sex!

Oh good thread as i am trying to figure this out too.
My cyle is so much better now after having Luke it's 27 - 31 days. Used to be 25 - 75 days!!! if thats even a cycle.

Luteal phase is the time after you ovulate to your next AF. Do you have a 14 day Luteal Phase and are you temping or using OPK's??
