Thats awful ! arrrgh , I HATE bullies like that , people that pick on children and animals .

There is a very high link between cruelty to animals and cruelty later in life to children .
I watched an interview with "the Iceman " a serial killer in america on death row (hes dead now I believe) and he told about how he used to put cats in the oven .

I hope they find them and I really hope s/he gets some kind of compulsory psych assessment at the very least.

Oh I missed this too but just from your description I am glad I did - it brings tears to my eyes to hear about animals being hurt. Kittens are defenceless against humans and to hurt them is such a cowardly thing to do

If there was any justice the SPCA would be allowed to shoot the culprit with a crossbow as punishment, instead they will probably get a $100 fine or something else as ridiculous.
