That's a shame.. its not normally a lot extra for gas.. and most companys will put it on a combined bill.. ours is Mercury energy and is all on one bill.. Gas is a lot better in terms of hot water use especially if you are heating as you go rather than keeping a big hot water cylinder hot.. Its often a lot more economical :)

Well she just emailed me and got me to fill in an online application for the house, she has done the credit check and hasnt said anything bad..

I said we are really keen on it and she said she will bring the appropriate paperwork..

Credit checks are fine. We have a guy in our place that doesn't have the best record but he is paying it off and the agent made sure of that before he went into our house.

Don't sweet over it too much so long as you are paying it off. And gas isn't all that much cheaper as you have to pay the connection fee every month even if you don't use the gas.

The house we are currently in called for a credit check we were sweet as but I have never had my credit checked before (this house is brand new and on a higher end so maybe that's why?)

DF's brother has TERRIBLE credit but nothing on there was for housing so he still managed to pass a credit check to get into a property, if you have debts for rent and stuff maybe you are more inclined to have issues?? I don't know, guess it's up to the PM.

We have found a house, i want it.
Does that sum it up haha.

Its big, nice and warm. Has gas heating, is that expensive?

It has a huge yard for Kylah to play in and is all fenced. Its down a quiet street and accross from a school.

Did i mention i want it.

I probably wont get it though, as its through a property manager and i have bad credit. Although iv already filled out the form and she hasnt told me no from my credit history yet, you would think she would before our appointment at 4.30pm right?
