I seem to have come down with a bit of a cold/flu thing (weird cause it's summer!!) and i would normally have a hot drink with lemon, honey and some fenugreek seeds to help clear up the runny nose etc.

I have read that fenugreek helps when you have a low milk supply and not to take during early pregnancy.

Does anyone know if it is safe to still use fenugreek seeds when 29 weeks preg?
