    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=887">kezplanet</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 23457<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 13 January 2009 at 2:55pm<br /><br /><P>When we told the girls, Ashlyn turned around &amp; said "I know there is a baby in your tummy mum, its a baby sister for us and her name is Lilly!"&nbsp; At that stage we didn't have any clue what we were having and Karl still doesn't so I have to be careful what I say.&nbsp; But we still ask them we may have a boy.&nbsp; She says "thats ok so long as he is like a girl!?"</P><P>As for how the baby comes out, mummy you will go to the hospital and the Dr will take the baby out of your tummy and then we can bring it home.&nbsp; They have both seen pictures of their c-section births (not very gory).&nbsp; They have both come with me to the "baby dr" mw appt and heard the babies heartbeat, they also had the mw convinced we are having a girl so I had to throw a spanner in the works there as she doesn't want to know either</P>]]>

But they have been asking me to have a baby for ages as they wanted to both be big brothers to a bub lol.  But my oldest (5yrs) informed me that the baby comes out my 2nd hole down below lol.  God knows where he heard that as it wasn't me.]]>

When I go to the midwife we have to listen to her baby's heart beat with the doppler, hehe!<br />I think she's going to be very disappointed when I have bubs and she doesn't get one.<br /><br />She also gives her baby 'sister' (does she know something we dont?)  hugs and kisses which is very cute.<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by pomikiwi</span>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18727">kriss</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 23457<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04 January 2009 at 9:32pm<br /><br />I made sure I talked about and told my 3yo sister the name of my baby quite early on in my pregnancy, to get her used to the fact that she would have to share me as I spend a lot of time with her. <br />Through the pregnancy she was just as obsessed with baby as I was - she would request to watch the video of the scan over and over every time she came around and say things like "she's looking at me!", so cute <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"> <br />And now that her Ashy is born, she is the same, likes to talk to her and take photo's of her and cuddles her all the time, she is just great with her and I hope it continues <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19393">MrsMojo</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 23457<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04 January 2009 at 8:15pm<br /><br /><P>What do your kids think about the baby?</P><P>According to Michaela when the baby is big enough my belly button's going to *POP* and the baby will come out of there.</P><P>When I asked her where the baby was going to sleep once it comes to live at our house she told me that it's going to sleep in the lounge .....with daddy<IMG src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley3.gif" border="0">&nbsp;so apparently they're both getting kicked out of my room (fine by me if he does the nightime wakeups too lol).</P><P>When I was pregnant with Michaela I was playing with my 3yo nephew and his mum told him to be careful of the baby.&nbsp; He looked perplexed so I asked him where the baby was and he told me it was at home in&nbsp;my wardrobe.</P><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by MrsMojo</span>]]>
