Not sure about chicken pox scars specifically but it is supposed to be good for scars in general. Just been googling Rosehip Oil for use for stretchmark during/after pregnancy and I came across a website that said about using on chicken pox scars.

Now I'm very excited about this as my poor DD is totally riddled with CP at the moment & has picked a couple on her face. So once she heals I'll start putting it on.
