How are other people coping with having to come off their anti-anxiety/depression medication during pregnancy?

I couldn't think of a worse time to have to stop almost cold-turkey (mine was unplanned) and it well and truly did my head in for the first month or two. Things are starting to get better now but it's a hard road!
