Danaj - I posted in your other thread - but I loved my IUD. I had the non-hormonal one and my periods were actually shorter and lighter than normal. I think it can go either way.

Sorry -can't help you with the cervical issues question. Can you still have an IUD if you have cervical issues E.g. Thanks for that. I've just always thought they were a little invasive but I really don't want to go back on the pill. I have a mirena and love it, had no problems and love how I don't need to 'do' anything. Yep, they can be and I have found that mine definitely are. But other than that, I have found it very reliable and a great peace of mind. I'd really like to hear from anyone that's had positive/negative experiences with IUD's.

Thinking about what to do after bubs us born as we can't afford a second baby as yet.
