They are red and just seam to be dotted around, he only has a few on his back a few on his legs and most on his neck.

Are they red or white? Thanks girls, yeah I was thinking the heat, or the soap I was using on him, it was just a family soap for babies aswell, but Ive stopped using it as of last night.

I think the heat must be causing them...they are raised, so not like a rash. Esme has the exact same thing at the moment and shes 8 months the have just popped up during the heatwave so I'd say most likely the heat. I'd say the heat would be contributing to them turning up again....Have you changed the soap or washing powder recently? If anything tho I'd say the heat...

Caden had these when he was little, they looked like little pimples on his face and body and also when he was born he had these little pimple pustules on his feet and hands, there were only about 8 all up and the pead looked over him and said they were nothing to worry about, but it seems as though he has them again.
DF and I noticed he has a few round his neck and one on his hand and a few on his legs. They really look like little pimples, not like a rash at all.
