Apparently the kidlet has a big everything, and a natural labour doesn't look like it's going to be a happening thing, so we're c-sectioning him on Saturday morning (position plus size plus a few other things makes induction too risky at this point).

awwww Ginger that bought instant tears to my eyes! it is exactly how i felt (although our road was only just over 3 years all up) The feeling where you finally meet him is unexplainable and truely amazing try to enjoy every minute of it because you will never get that moment back! I'm so happy for you guys and cant wait to hear your news!!!

Heh. That's when I have my OB appointment to confirm method of eviction ... it would be very convenient not to interrupt his patient schedule too much!

The husband has bloggy instructions, so in theory, depending on how smashed he is and whether he loses his instructions, photos will go up on there as soon as he gets home. That way everyone just needs to go to one place!

At this stage, eviction is booked for Thursday via induction, but that will depend on whether the little man-mountain has engaged, what things are looking like in an internal (funny thing - I did IVF and I'm squeemish about a) and internal and b) induction. Go figure!) and exactly how far over the 4kg mark he's gone in the last 14 days.

I'll keep you posted!!
