DH = Darling Husband
DF = Darling Fiance
DB = Darling Boyfriend

Here are just a few at random that I can remember, in no particular order !

AF = Aunt Flow, ie: your period
CD xx = Cycle Day xx
x DPO = x Days Past Ovulation
PCOS = Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
POAS = Pee On A Stick
HPT = Home Pregnancy Test (also commonly referred to with POAS hehehe)
BFN = Big Fat Negative (also related to HPT and POAS)
BFP = Big Fat Positive
BD = Baby Dance (ie: sex !)

OPK = Ovulation Predictor Kits (test strips you pee on that work like a pregnancy test, but tell you when you're about to ovulate, or are close to your most "fertile" time)

CM or EWCM = Cervical Mucus or Egg White Cervical Mucus, you can check the 'consistency' of this as a sign of where you might be at in your cycle.

BFP means big fat positive
BFN big fat negative

Well I've been watching the posts on this site and there are so many things that are way way way over my head. All that DH and I know about trying to have a baby is what you get up to in bed lol.
