Fresh air, sunshine, lansinoh nipple cream, breast milk, expressing from that side till it heals a little...thats all I can think of for now. Okaaay so have just opened up my nursing bra to feed C and my left nipple looks like it has a gaping gash in it?! Looks like a crack that's opened up.. it doesn't actually look gory or anything though and doesn't hurt (although I am feeding C on other side so haven't been brave enough to put him on the left to see how painful it is!

Any tips on what I can do?
