When I looked at the tooth I noticed that its actually broken off on one side. Will his new tooth push the other bit out when it comes through, or does it need attention now? Does he need to be referred to a dentist by the dental nurse or would I make him an appointment straight through the dentist. Am assuming the dental nurse won't be back until school starts again next week.]]>
