I think you might feel some of your baby stuff... or perhaps even the other bits in your tummy making room. The first feelings of baby moving, for me, felt much how I would imagine if I was a fishbowl with a goldfish inside. I definitely felt the baby move from about this time. It's hard to remember what it was like but a flicking feeling and a bubbly feeling are probably the best way to describe it. Maybe you are feeling the first flutters of baby letting you know they are there!!!

Im 11 weeks 3 days with my first and for the last 3 days i have been felling this flicking feeling in my lower stomach, Im sure its way to early to feel anything but what is it!! It moves like it will go in one spot then the next time it could be lower down etc mainly does it when Im lying down.
