Its impossible to really get your head around it. I don't think the people who did it could completely understand the tragedy that took place. Either that or they were very very sick individuals.

And the wildlife in the SA bush. I can't believe someone would even think about doing this, let alone re-startiing it after it was under control. I hope they burnt in their own fires becuase the chances of ever discovering who the arsonists were is pretty slim, if it was possible then I'd want them alive so they could be charged with the murders of every single man, woman and child who has died.

To bring back the death penalty.

It's bad enough that the Victorian bushfires were lit by arsonists in the first place, but I was just reading a new story updating the death toll and read this sentence:
