how about when you've got twins and one of them decides to use their sisters head as support to stand up. *splat* into the floor


Aoife was like that too, she learned the hard way on how to get down from standing up.

Josh is forever falling but he gets over it moves on until he does it again he is forever getting new bruises but its not dangerous its just what kids do while they learn (especially when they try to run and are still getting the hang of walking).

My DH used to stress about brain injury but there has been no bad effects of all the head crashing!

He will learn fairly quickly at that age. It wont be too long, Jackson has been standing for about 6 weeks, hes now learnt to drop down safely. Oh I remember that stage well Sheena! Harry just eventually (after many, many bumps and bruises) to lower himself down carefully (so cute, the butt sticking out). There's not too much you can do, except catch him occasionally if it looks like he's going to really hurt himself.

Man he's standing early!! Caden can pull himself up to stand now and he falls over SO much, how long did it take your baby to figure out they cant just let go and that they need to lower them selves down. He has bumps and a scratch on his head from falling over, and he ALWAYS hits his head on another toy, no matter how hard I try to move things away from him!!

And he stands in his cot now aswell and when he falls hits his head on the bars
