We aren't in Dunedin any more but when we were living there my kids went to Edukids Kaikorai Valley - it was awesome - highly recommend it to anyone.

My kids were 3&4 at the time so were in the preschool room, and my boy was in the toddlers room for a little bit - all awesome teachers and kids too.

Thanks, i'll look on that one as well. Its difficult to find places now because of being mid way through the year. I'm aiming for centres a bit further out now because all the reputable centres are full. I've heard too much negative feedback about City Heights and other centres have told me to stay away, all down to a couple of staff members by the sounds of things! There is another thread here Daycare in Dunedin (hope the link works) which has some advice.
I have a chum who has her child at City Heights and thoroughly enjoys it.
I've got my name down at the Uni, but also thinking about other places too. I've heard the same things about City Heights, they seem to have gotten quite a rep. It seems to be just a couple of staff and the others are ok but i wouldn't leave my child there.
