Yip I hope that this wheat pack will do some wonders otherwise if that doesn't work then the yoga classes hopefully.  It's a little scary to think that at this stage I am getting back pain and I am not quite half way through yet!  ]]>

I had tried a warm bath but almost did my back in completely when trying to get out of the thing!<br />I've found that propping myself up on pillows (beneath my back and imbetween my knees) takes the pressure off a little when I am in bed too - of course, that doesn't leave much room for hubby. <br />Is antiflamme okay to use when you're pregnant?<br />Oh - and if it's really bad, a sports physio I went to a while back used TENS...]]>

I never had this with Alan. This baby is much lower then Alan was has anyone got any suggestion's on what I can do to relieve the pain I have tried my wheatpack, but that did not seem to help.  See the midwife next week so wil ask her if it is still playing up I really don't think i could stand another 16 weeks of this.]]>
