Well, we've given up on the baby bath and Madelyn has started bathing with her Daddy. They both love it and she seems alot happier with it. I found the kitchen bench too high as well so we put the bath up on the bathroom vanity, even though our change table has a stand for the bath its just too much of mission carrying the bath into her room. I second that, N was in her baby bath till she was about 14 months lol I just stuck it in he big bath and she really liked it, plus we saved water. She sat in it fine, happy as Larry but took some time convincing her it was time to let it go

On a side note .. we still occassionally put Issy in her baby bath .. so it will last quite a long time if you need it too. (Its only when we cant be bothered running a big bath)

Is your bathroom bench low enough? We used to be able to put her bath on the bench that the sink is in, in the bathroom.

I'm a shorty and can't get my arms in the bath properly when it's on the kitchen bench lol.

The only thing low enough is the computer desk which I currently have in the corner of the kitchen (Puter won out over the dining table) but I don't think it's a good idea having the bath so close to all the electrical equipment lol.

DH could build me something but it wont fold down and the last thing I need is something else cluttering up the kitchen.

We used the kitchen bench as well until they were able to sit unsupported and we could bath them together in the big bath.

We bath Thomas on the kitchen bench in his bath. Its a treat to clean up after! I had my DP put the bath on the kitchen table!! Worked really well when I was too sore to bend. Hi Ladies,

Does anyone know where I could get a bath on a stand or just a bath stand that's not one of those complete change/bath units?

I have a change table that we re-vamped and love but the bath is killing my back and I need something to bring it up to the correct height. Any ideas??
