As far as I've heard, stop taking Vitex when you get a BFP... you could even wean off it over a few days once you get a BFP (I've known someone to do this aswell).

We started TTC in January, AF was 20/1 and I believe ovulation was around 8/2 according to my ovulation microscope. I started taking Vitex on the 3/2, and last week about 6 days after ovulation I had what looks like implantation bleeding, and cramping for about 3 days. I had a BFN when I tested on Friday so I'll wait until the weekend, but should I stop taking the Vitex now??
