For me if I need more than a liner I count it as AF even if it's just for a day or so (cause AF only ever sticks around for 2 days anyway for me).  <br /><br />Because your temps have dropped in the last couple of days I'd say AF sorry<img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley6.gif" border="0"> - but I'm no expert so that's just going by my personal charting history eg temp drop = AF about to arrive.  <br /><br />You might be having a funny stop-starty month.  Last month I had AF for 2 days then nothing for a day then AF for another day.  Weirdest cycle for me so far actually.]]>

This morning woke up to what I thought was AF (normally when she arrives she is here in full force).<br /><br />However by mid afternoon it had stopped and was more what i would consider light. <br /><br />And considering AF is not due till Friday I am finding this really weird!<br /><br />So what do you consider the difference?]]>
