I have a friend who creates and produces safe natural alternatives for body care. I use her stuff, as does the dog, so the baby may as well too lol. At the moment she trades under pure essentials but I think she's in the process of re branding. She's WSPA and a whole lot of other stuff approved :)

My girl's excema is aggravated by the johnson's range - with the exception of the milk bath. Normally I use the huggies fragrance free for sensitive skin. We use J&J top to toe, its mild and smells yummy aswell. umm johnstons baby bath would be my guess or the eco store baby wash. What do you wash your babe with?
We've not used anything in the water till now except a little oil but now he likes to crawl outside and gets VERY dirty so I feel I do need to use a little something but don't want something harsh.
