Great ideas! Thanks I read online to make a 'trap' by putting white wine in a saucer and adding dishwashing liquid. The flies like the wine so drink it, but the dish washing liquid poisons them so they die. I have a raid/rabocan automatic sprayer thingy ( sorry thats the best explaination I can give at 11:41pm) and it is all natural. . Better yet it does all the work as it just sits there. I am so sick of the flies and MOTHS!!!! I am actually looking forward to winter just so we don't have them in the house. It is driving me a wee bit insane.

How to get rid of them? No idea really, DH swats the flies and we squish the moths. HAHA, I know, how barbaric!
