Haha. if I get desperate i mite try sucking them out. (did you just put your mouth over their nose or use something?) I've got one of those aspirator things but it doesn't seem to work on her stubborn boogers. Easiest way if you don't have any money to buy anything is seriously to suck it out yourself. I wouldn't do it now as Jack's older and can sort himself out sneeze wise, but when he was little and I got so worried about him, I would go in a few times each night and suck it out. For me the best thing was if you are breastfeeding to drop a drop or two in her nose. It totally clears the nose and is the best thing we could use to get McKayla to clear her nose. I have used our snot sucker today with Oli. He thinks its a great game now, but used to hate it when he was little. I have to confess to actually sucking them out myself when he was very little and very unhappy with a blocked nose. gross...but a mothers love eh?!?!?

Saline didnt work on caden lol, he just got angry. I use a nasal aspirator..it's good for runny noses but also can help suck those boogers out! Hi Stephanie

My partners Mum is a midwife and when the girls were newborn we had the same problem so she suggested mixing up some salt and water then you take an eye dropper (you can get them at the chemist) and gently put a couple of drops of the salt water in their nostrils. After a little while the salt water makes them sneeze the boogers out. We've done this many times since they were born it works a treat every time and it doesn't hurt them at all. Hi, I would try a saline water (salt water) its available at the chemist, we used it when bubs had an ear infection. I would definately be to scared to try the tweezers. Sometimes when bubs cries and I can see snot I gentle massage the side of the nose and this seems to help bring it out. My wee girl always has snot up her nose and it makes it hard for her to breathe sometimes and she wakes up when sleeping. I try and use tweezers( very carefully) to remove them as they block her nose. I've heard of using tissues to get rid of them but they are always hard and they won't stick. She doesn't like being attacked by me to get rid of them (fair enough but I'm doing it for her own good).

Any ideas how I can remove them safety??
