Jack went through a stage (sorry can't remember when) where he had to have his own spoon to hold while I fed him

Edited by Linzy

We did that for DS as he was hungry but kept throwing tanties so just had to force feed him (he was on 3 meals a day and I only bothered forcing one into him) just to get the first spoonful and after that he was fine. Also bribed him with his favourite food, so I think he ate only weetbix and baby cereal for a week lol

I know she's hungry, I know she likes the foods I'm giving her. It's at the same time of day I've always been feeding her, but sometimes the tantrums are so bad that I can't feed her at all and then I feel like a bad mummy for not giving her her solids.
