My MW suggested this to me as well as she knew someone who could do it very cheaply. However when I spoke to that person she said she gets mixed results.Some find instant relief, some don't. Also it varies as to how long it lasts. I had accupuncture years ago for a wrist injury which did nothing. However I decided to try it again when I had ms and I do think that it does help. Although my nausea didn't stop completely, the vomitting pretty much stopped, only happening occasionally. I am going about once every 4wks and will keep going until baby is born. Now that the ms is gone she is helping with other things. It does cost a bit but I try to ignore that part

ETA: the nausea did go eventually though

I had decided to go and get some acupuncture for my morning (well, 24/7) sickness, but then realised how much it cost....

So before I spend vast amounts of money, has anyone had any relief from acupuncture for nausea and vomiting?
