Some how some people's usernames are too long for the PM username. I remember people having trouble PM'ing Preggy-sunflower

So that may be the problem. Hi,
I just tried to PM someone, and it won't let me! Haven't not sent a private message before, I don't know why it's not working. I selected the member's name from the member list, but the site keeps saying the PM can't be sent because it doesn't recognise the name... how can that be? I didn't re-type the user name or anything. Anyone PM-savvy out there who'se good at offering instructions?
