I do know someone whose baby wouldn't turn and when she was born (by c/s) they found that her cord was so short that it wouldn't have been possible for her. Obviously that's not a common situation but I thought I'd throw it out there. Your bub still has 10 weeks to turn but leaning forward, rocking, all those things are about all you can do - closer to 35 weeks you can talk to your mw about homeopathy etc if you are interested. My mw lent me a rocker to help my breech bub turn (she was only breech for a couple of weeks).

I didn't even feel her turn lol so there must still be some room even at that stage.
My MW told me that an ECV was optional as there are risks involved, and if baby hadn't turned by 37wks then I would have been booked in for a C-section.
She recommended straddling a chair backwards IYKWIM and lots of time on hands and knees, though I didn't really do either of those TBH lol.
Good luck, hope bubs turns for you
