Sounds like worms - they tend to come out at night or when your resting so check nappies (and bottom) when it is dark. I think it's probably worms as well. You can often see them - little while wiggles bits around her bottom. a few times Megan has put her hand inside her nappy and started scratching. is this a normal toddler thing?
