My husband is a courier with NZ Couriers and they do international pickups/deliveries through TNT Couriers. We just received a letter saying that the package is back in NZ and we have to pay $70 to collect it after forking out $90 to send it in the first place! <br /><br />I think their service is absolutely crap.. My in-laws didn't even get some sort of card-to-call to let them know that they had attempted to deliver the package.. <br /><br />In saying that, I would go with Fedex.. a friend used them and said everything was great ]]>

Fedex do allow for one off deliveries as well.  I'm sure NZ post will be fine though, I've never had a problem.]]>
