I think the former, it is visible in a mirror when it is swollen but not otherwise. Could it be pressure and maybe your bits are a bit swollen? Or is there actually something bulging out of your vagina? Baby is engaged and I notice that when she seems particularly low (e.g. I have been walking) I can feel bulging from my vagina. It's not the cervix, that is quite high. I was wondering if it might be feeling something containing the forewaters but that doesn't seem quite right.
