I would say go with the vaseline but if it isn't clearing it up try something else.]]>

It's water based, relatively inexpensive and is great.  The other thing we use when it's not budging is a cream from the GP which is half antifungal (I think) and half hydrocortisone.  ]]>

I think he is just a dribbly baby on top of teething.<br /><br />Anyway it is causing the skin on his chin and cheeks to be a bit dry and sore looking, I put some vaseline on it earlier to see if that would help.<br /><br />Is this ok or is there something better I could use?]]>
