I downloaded a program called Photoscape. From Google lol

Then you just play around and make your design.

I then go to a website www.tinypic.com

You upload the photo and click the sizing as message board or email size.

Then copy and paste the URL into the OHBABY message option etc...

I got mine created on a website - vipsignatures. I think Tastic from here creates some herself and has a website too and there are a few others around.

I dont know how to make them yourself, You supposably can do them on photoshop but that soulds way too complicated for me. Another way of doing it is going on photobucket and creating a scrapbook type page and then just using that.

How do you do it? Is there a particular website or software I can get to do this?
