We didn't have the 3D scan option but I was very impressed with the scan at 36 weeks.....very clear - you could even see all the hair. When it came to birth time Alex was sideways and luckily the contractions pushed him down so all was fine. ]]>

I was told to lie on my back with my hips up in the air on pillows, or else kneel down with your elbows resting on the floor & bum in the air. Only drawback is you're meant to do it for about 15 minutes at a time twice a day & it gets bloody uncomfortable. My midwife also got me to try pulsatilla (a homeopathic remedy) & acupuncture. In the end none of it worked for me & I ended up having an ECV where they manually turned my baby from outside my tummy. Good luck! ]]>
