Babies are the opposite of adults, the less they sleep during the day the harder it is to get them to sleep at night and the more likely they will wake continually because they are over tired. At 7 months Dominic was having 3 naps a day from 1 to 1.5 hours and in bed for the night by 6pm. He has never slept through the night, he is two on Wednesday and still doesn't sleep through. ]]>

Lately though he has been waking more at night but then he is getting teeth and has a bit of a cold. So on that note should I be putting Alex in more of routine? We don't mind that he only naps but I have started to wonder if I'm not doing him any favors by not having him in one. In saying that I do tend to overthink things so am prob just having another neurotic mother moment. ]]>
