Worth a visit for everyone, post-baby, I think!  ]]>

So i asked how does this effet things with pregnancy etc and was told to be carefull althrough pregnancy and while breastfeeding too. As relaxin hormone will still be doing its thing.]]>

It was much worse than I remember it being after Maya and the gremlins (as were the afterpains - OUCH!), my mw said that was due to having so many babies in such a short time.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19130">KABJ99</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 25534<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29 March 2009 at 9:30pm<br /><br />Would reccomend going to see an Osteopath to help realign everything in your body after the birth.<br />I'm still having a "tune up" every few weeks to make sure everything is back in its correct placed as I continue to lose my pregnancy weight, plus to sort out a few issues with my knees and hips that my weight gain (due to a severe case of odema) caused.<br /><br />I'm lucky though as my DH is an Osteopath so I get treated for free. <br /><br />If you are looking for an Osteopath I can probably reccomend someone depending on which part of NZ you are living in.]]>
