I think it was 1/2 hour? <br /><br />Other than don't know sorry. You could always try the theory that if you are awake & shouldn't be coffee can actually put you to sleep. Homeopathic theory of treating like with like. ]]>

I gave up alcohol, anything with caffeine and took a nice relaxing bath before going to bed. I also made sure i got a bit of exercise each day just to try and tire myself out physically.<br /><br />It worked, it took a few weeks to get back into a good routine but it worked. Also talking about anything that might be stressing you out. That can keep you awake at night too.<br /><br />good luck!<br />disco:)]]>

But every night without fail I wake up about 2 or 3am and lie awake for 2 or more hours and cant get back to sleep.
