I have lost 600gms though because of the change in eating with GD, now I just have to figure out some exercise that I wont wet my pants doing! Good on you all for getting out there and doign something]]>

Much more comfortable!]]>

Sounds like you are going great though.  I would love to do swimming but Im not very good and feel a bit stupid.<br /><br />My husband was laughing at me last night because I was waddling round the place more than usual, and was having a bit of trouble straigtening my back and getting off the couch!  I cant wait till I can go for a run again, and not feel 100 years old]]>

I try to walk home from work as often as I can well at least 3 times a week.  I have yoga classes starting next week which should be a little benefit too. I was buggered BUT slept like a log - did not wake up and feel pretty good today.<br /><br />I think there is something to be said for keeping up some form of cardio exercise three to four times a week!!<br /><br />I hope you all get out there and do some heart pumping form of activity!!<br /><br /><br /><img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"> ]]>
